Following great success at four international shows in 2016, Australian supplier Adam & Eve Waxing has no plans to slow down and will continue to take the world by storm in 2017.

The waxing brand recently showcased their products at the Professional Beauty expo in Johannesburg, the biggest trade show of its kind in Africa.

“We love coming to Professional Beauty in Johannesburg,” said South African distributor Even Mclean. “The Adam & Eve range is always well received and people love the tempting fragrances and attractive colours of both the hot and strip waxes.”

Founded by Tina and Geoff Copland, the Australian beauty brand has had a string of global successes this year, making an appearance at the Manchester Professional Beauty show and Olympia Beauty exhibition in London.

“Our customers love the range and the results they can get from the wax,” says Adam & Eve UK distributor Karen Colburn. “Olympia Beauty gives us another platform to showcase the exceptional performance, tempting aroma and sensational colours for Adam & Eve Wax to a much wider audience.”

This is Adam & Eve’s fourth Olympia Beauty expo and they’re really noticing a difference this time around. “When we first had a stand at Olympia Beauty in 2012 we were the new kid on the block,” says Adam & Eve spokesperson Rosie Hopgood. “Four years later we are overwhelmed with the loyal following we have here in the UK.”

The local brand also displayed their wares at the highly anticipated Nailevo Festival in Rome, Italy, last September. Held at the world famous Cinecitta Studios, Tina hosted a hands-on tutorial to demonstrate various Adam & Eve Waxing techniques to a host of international buyers and consumers. “It’s great to be part of such an ethical company who value training and research as much as we do,” said Tina before confirming a return visit to Nailevo next year.

“2016 has been a year of growth for Adam & Eve,” Rosie tells us. “This year we have secured distributors in Italy, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Singapore and have travelled to UK, South Africa, Norway, Croatia, America, Italy and Hong Kong. We have made a conscious decision to create vegan friendly products, with no parabens as well as removing Palm Oil from our range.”

Besides becoming vegan friendly and removing palm oil from their products, the New Year will see Adam & Eve focusing on their ethical philosophy by introducing an organic range of products. They’re also still heavily invested in the education sector, with Rosie telling PB that the brand will continue to train both their domestic and international markets.
