Ruby Feneley took a deep dive into talent retention with Jeannie Burke. Jeannie is the owner of Venustus Paddington and has worked with some of her team members for over twenty years. We discussed the industries’ talent retention problem and the secret to finding the staff who will bring your business to life.

Ruby also looking into social media skincare misinformation. As clients emerge from lockdown they’ve been trialling treatments best left to the professionals at home. Ruby spoke with Dermatologist Dr. Cara McDonald and Beauty Therapist Yadira Galarza Cauchi about addressing inaccurate information with your clients, and the best damage control for DIY disasters.
