Miss Humanity 2012 Cleo Howman
Cleo Howman, 2011 X-Factor top 12 finalist, took the Miss Humanity Australia crown last month, with Monika Pazusinski named First Runner Up and Larni Salathiel Second Runner Up.
The Gorgeous Cosmetics products chosen for winner, Cleo, were fit for a (pageant) queen, and complimented her warm skin tone, hazel brown eyes and vibrant red dress. Base Perfect Liquid Foundation was applied to the skin for a flawless, long-lasting base. A dusting of Powder Perfect Pressed Powder was brushed over skin to set foundation in place and prevent any shine.
Colour Pro Eye Shadow in Charity and Carnation Loose Dust was used on the eyes to create a peach and golden wash of shimmer, a touch of Hedgehog Eye Shadow was used in the upper outer corners for a slightly smouldering effect and Sand Shimmer Loose Dust was applied all over the eyelid for added sparkle. A light coat of Glamalash Mascara was applied to the lashes, followed by a pair of Mini False Lashes, ensuring Cleo looked extra glamorous for the event. A slick of iLine Liquid Eye Pen gave eyes further definition and concealed the False Lashes.
Miss Humanity 2012 contenders
Fudge Shadow was used throughout the brows to give them definition, shape and boldness. Peach Glow Colour Pro Blush was mixed with a touch of Prism Highlighter before it was applied to the cheekbones. This gave Cleo a natural flush, with a slight shimmer. This winning pageant makeup look was finished with a pink lip, achieved by using Chrystelle Lip Liner, Cath's Crush Lipstick and Natural Luster Lip Lacquer for added shine.
Since the crowning, the three ladies have been busy with formal events, photo shoots and media appearances, and each time, have been given the ‘Gorgeous’ treatment with glamorous makeovers in store at Gorgeous Cosmetics.
