Esmi Moves Into Moisturiser Market

esmi Skin Minerals announced the launch of its first range of moisturisers and hydra-fluid products this week.

The Australian made and owned brand is currently stocked in salons across the country, with an offering of several dozen SKUs consisting of makeup and skincare products. The introduction of four moisturisers and three hydra-fluids completes the range.

The brand’s latest products were created in response to demand from the esmi community. Each product is designed to target a different skincare concern, varying from dehydration to sensitivity.

Each cream is housed in a cylindrical pot with a pastel lid, with each product type harnessing a different lid and cream shade. Users are educated to elect the product best suited to them with the help of a ‘moisture-o-meter’. The packs also come with a bamboo spatula – an environmentally-friendly alternative to the traditional plastic applicator.

On the launch, esmi founder Evette Hess said:

“esmi always creates products with purpose. When we create a new product you’d be sure to know that it will be a clean formulation, filled with high quality actives, care for the skin biome and really deliver results! A lot of effort and time goes into each formulation and we like to treat our customers with only the best!”

Evette is a trained cosmetic aesthetician and teacher with over 10 years experience. She founded esmi in response to her love for the skin and making people feel good in their skin. “Our philosophy is that being kind to the skin gives our clients a much better result than treating it with harsh/barrier stripping ingredients,” Evette told Professional Beauty.

Esmi is also cruelty-free, vegan, free of parabens and sulphates, and manages a recycling program to extend on the brand’s values around sustainability.
