LI’TYA Announce New Ownership

LI’TYA was the first spa care ranges to harness the potent Australian indigenous flora and marine life in its formulations. For over a decade, the unique and nurturing effects of LI’TYA’s inimitable product range has been gracing spas nationally and around the globe.

Sadly, the brand’s cherished founder, Gayle Heron, has been battling ill health for a number of years. After much sadness, Gayle has sold LI’TYA to Bryan McGoldrick whose extensive experience in the spa industry ensures the best possible outcome.

The brand say Bryan’s spa knowledge and respect for Gayle’s objective – to create the best Australian indigenous spa care range in the world – will ensure a progressive and positive future for LI’TYA.

As Bryan has taken ownership this week, his plans to invigorate and revitalise the brand are effective immediately, addressing the previous issues that have occurred during Gayle’s absence. All staff at the head office look forward to offering improved support and service.

Bryan says of the acquisition, “I have been involved with the resort and spa industry for the past 12 years and during the past 6, I have had the pleasure of working with Gayle Heron and LI’TYA as it has expanded its global operations. I’m extremely happy that my involvement with LI’TYA has deepened through my acquisition of the company and I look forward to working closely with our spa partners to further build the company and its signature brand.”

LI’TYA’s unique treatments will continue to be formulated using the same potent, certified organic ingredients, incorporating the unique spa rituals that have been the cornerstone of the LI’TYA brand.

In remembering what Gayle has achieved with LI’TYA, the brand would like to acknowledge that she has left an unforgettable imprint on all who have encountered her and celebrate the influence she has had on the spa industry and her work with indigenous people. The brand will continue to communicate with Gayle as they embrace the legacy she has left for them to nurture.
