For the inaugural Professional Beauty Industry Roundtable, eight thought-leaders met to discuss ideas addressing the beauty industry, specifically business support.

The select group of suppliers and salon professionals exchanged thoughts throughout the facilitated session, which covered a whole range of topics, in Sydney’s inner east at Italian restaurant Verde.

In attendance was DMK CEO Australia and New Zealand Daniel Dickson, HÜD Skin + Body director  Gry Tømte, Professional Beauty Solutions managing director Matt Williams, Angel Touch Skin Boutique owner Rebecca Daniel, Dermalogica general manager Suzette Cassie, The Paddington Beauty Room owner Anna Field, Derma Aesthetics managing director Reika Roberts and Skinside Out creator Robyn McAlpine.

Participants exchanged invaluable information including ways of attracting new clients, marketing plans, retail sales, training methods, financial support, technology and general  business advice.

BIG Review TV was on hand to catch all the action from the day.

We can’t wait to share these findings with you in our series of videos, and are confident you’ll get as much out of these educational dialogues as we did.
