Tina Viney Wins IPSN Award

Tina Viney, CEO of the Aesthetics Practitioners Advisory Network has recently been awarded with the Beauty Awards of Honour at the 2014 International Professional Standards Network Awards.


The International Professional Standards Network (IPSN) Awards were held in Hong Kong on March 24 alongside the annual conference. The IPSN is an international organisation comprised of standards-setting bodies recognised by governments and industries worldwide. Service Skills Australia represents Australia as one of the four founding countries who benchmark educational qualifications and industry standards through the IPSN.

The IPSN Awards of Honour was launched this year and seeks to acknowledge industry leaders for their outstanding and significant contribution to the betterment of their industry above and beyond their official position.

Tina Viney was given the Award of Honour in the beauty category, recognising her achievements within the Australian and international aesthetics industry. Tina is currently a part of the Working Group with the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency for the development of national regulations in the use of laser and IPL for cosmetic purposes within Australia.
