The Sydney International Spa and Beauty Expo 2011 will be held August 13 and 14, 2011 at the Sydney Exhibition and Convention Centre.
The Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo is dedicated to showcasing the latest in spa and skincare and will feature the return of industry favourites, as well as ‘The Future of Spa’- a new feature area, and organic and naturals sector, and the Spa Series seminar program.
The Future of Spa is designed to educate, inspire and showcase emerging global spa trends. It will focus on new innovations in the ’evolution of spa’ providing an insight into the newest developments in the spa industry.
The organic and naturals sector was designed as a response to growing consumer awareness of health and wellbeing and increasing demand for more health-orientated products. The organic sector has expanded to include certified natural companies. Organic Food Chain (OFC) will join Australian Certified Organic (ACO) in a dedicated pavilion within the organic and naturals area. The area will feature a mix of certified organic lines and natural products, including cosmetics, treatments, candles, skincare and wellness products.
The Spa Series Seminars will be made up of four sessions focusing on the needs of spas, and will run alongside four business seminars. The focal point of the series will be how to incorporate key trends in the spa industry into your very own spa. ‘Social Spa-ing’, ‘Energy Management’ and ‘The Future Vision of Spa’ are just a few topics that will be covered.
As always, there’ll be stages set and buzzing with exciting catwalk shows and internationally-acclaimed makeup artists. There’ll also be a new Business Zone designed to open the expo up to a new wealth of companies looking to make their mark on the industry.
This years’ Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo stands to deliver the latest and greatest in new technologies, concepts and products to spa, health and beauty professionals from all over the southern hemisphere.
