Skattwalk, the hair, makeup and fashion showcase staged by Perth hair, beauty and tanning salon, Skatt, closed another exciting event on March 28.
The event showcased the talents of Skatt’s hair and makeup artists along with fresh Western Australian designers, entertainers and models.
Organisers say that the event is Western Australia’s largest hairdressing catwalk show, and has grown to become a must-see event on the Perth fashion calendar, each year attracting more fashion fans, A-listers and Perth personalities.
In its fifth year, the 2009 show saw more than 1,200 hair and beauty enthusiasts gathered at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre for the sold-out show.
More than 100 models displayed the work of the Skatt hair and makeup team in a high energy modelling dance show which included Western Australian performers and fashion designers Lin Pin, Tryst and Ros Jack.
Skatt owner, 25-year-old Lisa Grinceri, said the exciting looks created by the Skatt team were complemented by the fantastic fashion talent Western Australia has to offer in terms of design and style.
