Retreatment Botanics Shares Touching Tribute to Olivia Newton-John

On the sad news of Olivia Newton-John’s passing this week, Retreatment Botanics’ Trudi Jaye shared this message:

Vale our co-founder, Olivia Newton-John

“Your vision and passion lives on”.

“What a divine woman to grace this planet and my heart. How lucky am I to have had Olivia’s guiding love and friendship throughout the creation of Retreatment Botanics,” says Co-founder and Managing Director, Trudi Jaye.

“You will be dearly missed, yet your shining light continues to be our inspiration. Your vision and passion lives on through our skincare as we continue your legacy to nurture beautiful, healthy skin and that deeper confidence that comes from loving and nourishing yourself.”

“She was such a special person, a beloved Australian icon and an outspoken champion of wellness, cancer research, the environment and animal rights. It was a privilege to have been her friend, and it’s a privilege to continue our important work in her honour,” says Trudi.

Dame Olivia Newton-John was deeply passionate about Retreatment Botanics and was determined the innovative skin-care range would be truly effective, clean, organic, certified palm oil free, vegan, and animal cruelty free.

“Olivia believed we don’t need to harm our bodies or the planet to have beautiful skin,” says Trudi. “We’re devastated by her passing and are committed to Retreatment Botanics staying true to our shared values.”

“Retreatment Botanics has been created without compromise. Firstly, we knew that the products had to be toxic-free and made with the highest quality natural and organic ingredients. It was also important they were vegan and cruelty free, as well as palm-oil free. Secondly, we worked closely with leading scientists, and we are so proud to have achieved formulas that are truly effective and also meet our high standards,” Olivia said, when Retreatment Botanics launched in 2019.

“These were non-negotiables for me. I wanted it to have as minimal impact on our planet as possible, while at the same time delivering real and noticeable skincare results,” she said. “Retreatment Botanics is so close to my heart. I have witnessed its very real results on my own skin, and it is amazing.”

Olivia will be deeply missed by Trudi, and the brand’s fellow directors, Gregg Cave, Ruth Kalnin and Warwick Evans.
