New Portal for BLC Stockists

BLC Cosmetics has developed a professional portal to enable stockists to place orders, keep track of deliveries as well as information about product ranges and the latest offers.

logo_lady The new professional portal went live on Monday February 3. According to BLC Cosmetics CEO, Sean Quilter, the new portal, located on the BLC website represents an ongoing commitment to develop digital strategies to help customers with their business.

“I am delighted to announce that BLC customers can now access our professional portal online. It offers stockists and customers an easy way to find out more about our product range, our latest offers, place orders and keep track of their delivery,” said Sean.

The company is driving brand visibility and consumer appeal using digital and social media with an online model for authorised salon and spa partners. Existing Thalgo and Kerstin Florian stockists can profit share in online purchases made by consumers on official brand sites.

“More people visit our ‘Salon Finder’ than any other page on our website so our recent consumer website roll-outs offer convenience for customers while supporting stockists,” Sean said.

The company has also taken a more aggressive approach to unauthorised online stockists, acknowledging the need to protect partners for unapproved discount focused e-tailers.

In the near future the portal will also offer access to enhanced features such as payment history, marketing and training information.

“Our goal is to continue to grow by providing authorised stockists with new products, brands and improved online services, so as a BLC customer they can look forward to new revenue opportunities in 2014.”
