The Mask Academy is planning its inaugural ‘The Mask Academy Make-up Challenge’ for May 2009 in Sydney. Their aim is to give makeup artists a platform to challenge themselves and gain greater professional achievement and recognition. The competition is open to all makeup artists and students. There are 4 categories, including a student category. Judges are industry representatives from fashion, film and photography. There are sponsored prizes and trophies for the winners.
