Bodyography on the scene at fashion events

Bodyography has been keeping a high profile at recent fashion events.

On April 20, the mineral makeup brand supplied cosmetics and makeup artists for the Australian Hair Fashion Awards, also sponsoring the event’s Makeup Artist of the Year Award – which was won by Liz Kelsh.

Bodyography General Manager, Rob Tamburro, who presented the award, said: “It was the first time that we have been involved in these awards in the short time that Bodyography has been established in Australia. The awards are special as there is no bias or prejudging done when selections are made, making them one of the prestigious and fair awards in Australia.”

Tamburro added that Bodyography hopes to build the brand within the hair and beauty industry as a professional cosmetics company that stays true to the salon-only vision and support of the professional industry.

The ten-strong Bodyography team supplied makeup services to entertainers, celebrities, VIPs and hosts, which included Bree Amer from Big Brother and Ajay Rochester from The Biggest Loser.

It was the first time that the brand has assembled a team of this size to deliver all the makeup for an event of this size.

On April 21, the Bodyography team reassembled to carry out the makeup for Sydney fashion designer, Bowie Wong, at the launch of his new wallpaper collection which represents the four seasons. The Bodyography makeup artists worked on models from Australia’s Next Top Model with hair done by Australian Hair Fashion’s Hairdresser of the Year, Robert Bava.
