‘Rediscover your Passion’ is the subject of the first seminar in a new series of one-day workshops themed ‘Zest for Life’ kicking off on Saturday 7th August in Sydney’s Coogee.
The workshop includes four internationally acclaimed speakers who will give participants the chance to explore ways of living life with passion. Guests include:
Grammy Award Winning Producer and Sound Healer Barry Goldstein hosting an Experiential Music Relaxation Circle; author of Recipes for Everyday Life – cook up the life of your dreams Alison Nancye, will guide people through a process to help cook up their dream job and life partner, as well as turning hobbies into a career; Kinesiology Practitioner and Neuro-Trainer, Geraldine Gallagher will discuss how we can overcome resistance to change
Event organiser and founder of Zest for Life, Christina Jonson, said, “This seminar is aimed at people who would like to find new ways of living life with more passion in their relationships, career, health, finances and everyday life. It has developed from the understanding that it is hard in today’s society to be clear on what we are passionate about. This seminar will give people the opportunity to be able to listen to their hearts.”
