Spa Circle Acquires Skin Virtue

Australian beauty distributor, Spa Circle has added Skin Virtue to its portfolio of professional skincare brands.

Skin Virtue was founded by Nina Gajic and Gary Williams, and hosts a product range specifically tailored to supporting sensitive, allergic and problem-prone skin.

Nina Gajic spoke to PB on why clients need to be conscious not to over-layer the skin. Read our interview here.

“In a world where our skin is constantly exposed to a barrage of pollutants and irritants, the need for a skincare brand tailored to sensitive skin is irrefutable,” Gary Williams told Professional Beauty.

“[Skin Virtue] stands as a guiding light in this field, dedicated to creating premium multi-tasking formulations that provide relief for sensitive skin and effectively address the challenges associated with ageing skin, catering to all skin types.”

On their decision to partner with Spa Circle, Gary described the company not as a distributor, but as a skincare distribution “disruptor”.

“Spa Circle has created a frictionless gateway to luxurious, effective skincare. They have taken the distributor out of the mix by removing the gatekeepers,” Gary said. “They are a lighthouse of empowerment and transformation.”

Spa Circle supplies over 4000 beauty salons, day spas and skin clinics across the country. The company also manages the distributions of such brands as Esthemax, emerginC, Sunny Skin, and Tribe. Gary said Spa Circle is “committed to empowering clinical business with brands that make a real difference while also offering their community a better return on investment.”

Brad McDonald, Director at Spa Circle said “Skin Virtue aligns impeccably with our mission, offering a range of products that not only meet but exceed our key metrics for quality, efficacy, and ethical sourcing.”

Since aligning with Spa Circle, Gary said Skin Virtue’s sales have increased by 300 per cent. “Two weeks after signing with Spa Circle, Skin Virtue held a brand introduction webinar about who we are and why we specialise in treating skin sensitivity and ageing concerns. [This] resonated with the professional members within the Spa Circle community, creating strong demand for our brand, increasing our clinical presence by 400 per cent (we opened four more doors) and got 300 per cent more sales,” Gary revealed.

Under Spa Circle’s distributorship, Skin Virtue will host a series of monthly educational talks tackling subjects such as how best to treat sensitive skin, the environment, and community health and wellbeing.
