Beauty business coaching company, Your Coach, has announced they are now offering a new business development service to beauty salons and spas in the form of live, 45-minute telephone workshops.
For $59 per month, clients can join two live 45-minute “tele-workshops”. Alternatively, clients can download an MP3 recording of the workshop to listen to at their convenience.
Your Coach director, Faye Murray, said the venture came about when she recognised that a large number of salon owners and managers are not in a position in today’s economy to take advantage of personal business coaching but still want assistance in operating a professional, successful business, so an alternative was needed to fit their budget and time restraints.
“Salon owners are saying to me, ‘What I need is help with motivation for myself and my staff, fresh new marketing and client service ideas and structure and systems for my business that give me control and increase my bottom line profit.’ This service will provide all this and much more,” Murray said.
Every workshop will have a business and marketing subject. As an added benefit, industry guests will be invited to share their success stories.
