Men’s skincare brand, SKINN partnered with the Crown Hotel in Melbourne, Australia for the Brownlow Medal Award on September 21.
The Brownlow Medal is awarded annually to the Aussie Rules Football (ALF) player nominated by umpires as the “best and fairest” player in all home and away rounds in matches.
The awards night is held at the Crown Towers Hotel in Melbourne, and presented at a function and dinner presided over by the Chairman of the AFL. The live television event has an estimated audience of several million.
Prior to the event, 14 AFL players were selected to experience a wet shave by a barber (pictured right is Sydney Swans Player, Adam Goodes) and an Express SKINN Facial at the Crown Spa www.crowntowers.com.au.
They also received a SKINN goodie bag containing Total Shave and Daily Moisture.
Geelong player, Jimmy Bartel (pictured left), wearing a Hugo Boss suit, won the inaugural Crown Lager Best Dressed Man Award. Bartel was also presented with SKINN products as part of the prize.
SKINN is also about to be launched in the latest addition to the Crown Hotel Group, the Crown Metropol in Melbourne, which is due to open in early 2010.
