Rihanna is a trendsetter when it comes to music and fashion, and now the super songstress is turning her hand to makeup, nails, hair and styling with the launch of her new agency Fr8me.

Rihanna has more than dabbled in beauty already. She has her fragrance RiRi by Rihanna, her RiRi Hearts M.A.C and M.A.C Viva Glam deals, as well as her upcoming cosmetics line Fenty Beauty. But now she has taken her expertise one step further with the launch of Fr8me, which will represent makeup artists, hairstylists, manicurists and stylists and book them into anything from commercials to editorial shoots, ad campaigns and red carpet appearances.

Rihanna co-founded the LA-based firm with managing partner Benoit Demouy and the pair have already bagged some noteworthy names. Keeping it in the family, Rihanna has enlisted her personal makeup artist Mylah Morales, stylist Jason Bolden, and two hairstylists Patricia Morales and Marcia Hamilton. Morales has a stellar lineup of clients having worked with Evan Rachel Wood and Fergie, while Marcia Hamilton has tended to the tresses of Jada Pinkett Smith and family.

“Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity. I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do,” Rihanna told the Hollywood Reporter. “We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me, but I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!”

Working in conjunction with Fr8me, Rihanna has also launched a photo agency called A Dog Ate My Homework, which just goes to show how success creates success.
