Makeup maestro, Napoleon Perdis, steps into the spotlight once again as the official makeup sponsor for ten shows at New York Fashion Week. In his third season running, the Sydney-born, Los Angeles-based makeup artist will be creating the most head-turning makeup looks on the runway.
