Australian skincare brand flies high in the UK

Alpha-H’s Liquid Gold Moisture Repair Cream has exceeded expectations by selling out in its first month of being stocked by British Airways.

The Australian skincare brand teamed up with the aviation company in January, selling out of a month’s worth of stock in just two weeks.  Liquid Gold is stocked on all short and long haul British Airway flights and online at, while customers can also have the product delivered directly to their seat.

The 50ml version of the handily no-rinse glycolic peel is designed to even out, brighten and revitalise tired and stressed out skin, and boasts a radical improvement in the appearance of the complexion.

Tom Ogden, European Business Manager at Alpha-H, told Cosmetics Business: “We were thrilled to partner up with such an iconic British brand and within five days of take-off Liquid Gold was already an established BA best seller.”

He added, “The sky’s the limit now for future launches. Active skin care is essential for global travellers so look for additions to our assortment later in 2017.”
