Heritage Healers rebrands and launches reward program

This month, Heritage Healers introduced its new look to salon owners, and according to the company founder, Leanne Lovatt, “the response has been fabulous”.

“We are only 12 years young!” Lovatt said. “But we now offer so much more, it really was time to re-define and modernise our look. Most important for me was for the new brand to clearly reflect the core ‘wellness’ message of our products and treatments.

“The challenge was to improve on a well-established and much-loved style – and I hope we have achieved that – I wanted to simplify, rather than complicate. The new look is just the start of our brand review,” she added. “So, despite all the ‘doom and gloom’, 2009 is a very big year for the Heritage Healers family!”

The company has also introduced what it says is an industry first – a therapist reward program which puts cash back into the therapist’s pocket.

“As a salon owner and therapist, I know that a little motivation goes a long way – and in these tough times what better motivation than some extra spending money?” Lovatt said. “It’s extra money just for doing your job correctly.”
