The TBN Family Grows

Following their successful acquisition of organic makeup brand Inika, Total Beauty Network has expanded their team in anticipation for the next phase of strategic growth.

To support their rapid company growth, Total Beauty Network has grown their team over the last year with 12 new appointments. “Our rapid growth has been supported with a strong head office team and it’s with this team that all the brands under the TBN banner will continue to flourish,” said Tony Rechtman, founder and CEO of Total Beauty Network.

The recent appointments include:

Lindsey Spencer will be the new INIKA Brand Manager commencing her position in March. She has strong experience with natural brands including Sukin and The Purist Company as the Brand Manager.

Sarah Baker is the new Total Beauty Network Sales Co-ordinator assisting the National Sales Manager and support for the sales team. She previously worked for COTY Australia at the Sydney head office as a Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator.

Donna Jesberg and Amanda De Silva have both been appointed Business Development Managers in Queensland for INIKA and White Sands and both will be responsible for that territory.

Natascha Dazkiw Bernoth is heading up the marketing department as Marketing Manager overseeing new product development and implementing key marketing strategies for all brands. Formerly, she was the Sales & Marketing Manager for Endota Spa.

Lesley McKernin is the current White Sands National Sales Manager and has been appointed to the position of National Sales Manager of White Sands and INIKA. Previously she was the National Sales Manager for Dr LeWinns.

Renee Moore who previously worked as a Business Development Strategist at Natural Cellular Renewal and as a National Account Manager for COTY Australia has taken up the position of National Sales Manager. Her position looks after both sales agencies in NSW and Queensland, and Total Beauty Network (TBN) sales team in other states.

Elisa Tubecki is the in-house PR Manager looking after all the brands. Previously she was the PR Manager of The Heat Group managing FMCG brands such as Max Factor, COVERGIRL and Ulta3.

Rose Lentini is the former Trainer/Business Development Manager at INIKA and has joined the TBN head office team in the same capacity. She will be dedicated to growing the INIKA business and is the head trainer for all stockists. She will also work on White Sands.

Jude Hendricks was formerly in the design team at Dr LeWinns and is a graphic designer in the TBN Creative team working on all the brands from advertising to packaging concepts.

There are also additional appointments on administration, finance and on-road sales and merchandising.
