Being a die-hard Collingwood supporter was just a bonus for Andrea Taylor C.E.O of Norvell Australia when she attended the 'Go Green with the Magpies' event in Ballarat.
Andrea joined green ambassador, ex Collingwood champion Shane Wakelin and representatives from VECCI for a sustainability briefing session. This innovation session was designed to improve environmental performance and save money during the journey.
The morning covered practical tips and ideas on how to improve businesses environmental performance. Energy efficiency information specifically designed and tailored to small and medium-sized business.
Norvell Australia looks for innovative ways to be environmentally-aware in all that it does.
"Small things such as eco-lighting, recycled water, energy efficient heating systems, and super-insulation are small ways that can impact significantly on the environment. The great thing for business is that these investments save an enormous amount of money over a long term," says Taylor.
She further explain, "We strongly believes in eco-packaged products. All the extra packaging is totally unnecessary and environmentally irresponsible."
