National Survey for IPL Laser Launches by ARPANSA

The Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency is currently investigating the evidence of injustry and mistreatment due to IPL and laser cosmetic procedures. APAN is urging the industry to respond by conducting an online survey before Wednesday, 12th December 2012.

If you are working with lasers or IPLS used for cosmetic purposes, or if you have treated injuries caused by them, APAN needs your help. The deadline for the national survey is Wednesday, 12th December 2012.

The Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) are conducting an online survey of operators in the industry. Since this survey was launched, the key respondents have been dermal therapists and doctors. If the beauty and aesthetics industry wishes to have an appropriate representation, APAN needs to hear from you.

The survey should take an average 10 minutes to complete and can be saved and resumed if need be. Simply close the window and you will return to the same point in the survey once you re-open the link on the same computer. You can access the survey up to Wednesday 12th December 2012.
