Mr. Essentials launches internal management team for direct distribution

After two years of a successful partnership, Mr. Essentials has parted ways with its national distributor, John Pritchard International and will commence to distribute direct to its stockists.

The decision to internally manage all distribution was made after an internal audit which carefully analyzed and took into consideration its customers needs and what would be their ultimate benefit.

Mr. has set up an internal client services team which is headed up by Natalie MacLaren as the Client Services Manager. Natalie is new to the Mr. brand and brings nearly 17 years of experience in client services.

“Having worked for large companies like IBM and Telstra, Natalie’s experience and expertise will be invaluable for raising Mr’s internal client services structure to a new level which ultimately will satisfy our customers,” said George Cupac, Founder of Mr.

Excited, he continued, “No-one can best represent your brand to both end – consumers and stockists, and then the brand itself. We can now work with our stockists in a manner that will equally benefit their individual and unique businesses and provide them with the commitment of service and support that we could never have provided in the past.”

Further to the establishment of the client services team and nearly eight months in the making, Mr. is soon to launch its fully customised back-end ordering platform.

Showcasing Mr’s complete retail and professional range, stockists can manage all orders online, monitor past transactions and invoices, and performance of sales. Not only will this lead to a more efficient ordering process for both Mr. and its stockists, it will also lead to greater transparency and cost savings to all users.
