Japan Beauty Showcase set to impress at Cosmoprof Asia 2010

The Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) is the body behind the “Made-in-Japan” premium beauty products which will be showcased at Cosmoprof Asia 2010 in Hong Kong.

For the first time at the fair, a group of 15 Japanese small and medium-sized companies who are seeking business partners in the growing Asian market will be participating in the Japan Beauty Showcase as a national pavilion, under the lead of JETRO.

Japanese beauty items are well known for their safety, reliability, functionality, usability and design.

The pavilion will present a wide range of skincare products, hair care products, beauty equipments, accessories and toiletries.

Products will include natural skincare products made from food-derived ingredients, marine resources or minerals such as beet sugar, mozuku seaweeds, loofah and honey from all over Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.

Premium haircutting scissors that are inherited from their long traditional craftsmanship of Japanese sword, as well as functional cosmetics made by dermatologist are also displayed.

“Japan Beauty Showcase” will be a good opportunity for buyers and distributors to find new premium beauty products from Japan.

Apart from the group of 15 companies, there are 37 individual Japanese companies participating in the fair.
