Avon has recently donated $75,000 to aid the relief effort following the devastating New Zealand earthquakes.
Through the hard work of District Sales Managers, Avon have raised in excess of $75,000 for this worthy cause, which will be donated to the International Red Cross’ NZ Earthquake Appeal 2011.
The funds raised through the NZ Earthquake Appeal 2011 will be used to:
- Provide earthquake-affected communities with emergency relief and recovery assistance
- Send specialist aid workers to assist in relief and recovery operations
- Support the work of New Zealand Red Cross in assisting people affected by this disaster
Avon has further supported families and local communities in affected areas with the provision of daily needs products, and will continue to do so as necessary.
