Diary: Holme Beauty Paints the Town Pink With New Liquid Blush Line

Earlier this month, Hilary Holmes launched her latest product: the Embodiment Blush.

Holme Beauty Embodiment Blushes

The Australian makeup artist and founder of Holme Beauty hosted a swanky cocktail evening at Paddington, Sydney pop-up venue 17 Oxford St.

Beauty media and influencers gathered over floating appetizers and glasses of aperol spritz. Bowls of fresh pasta cooked on site were served, before a gelato cart carried the Italian food theme through to dessert.

Samples of the new five-shade blush range were dotted throughout the venue, with Hilary’s signature masterclass artistry lights and tables set up for guest use.

Hilary thanked guests for their attendance and support of the brand, which officially launched in 2021. In an emotional speech, she shared the motivation behind building her inclusive makeup brand. Her ethos of empowering Australian women to learn to love themselves carries through to her masterclass series.

We interviewed Hilary on her philanthropic business model in 2022. Read her story here.

“The Embodiment Blush is a celebration of self-expression and empowerment,” a press release on the launch states. “[The blush is] designed to inspire women to embrace their sensuality and step into their femininity.”

Hilary explains, “Many of my clients ask me to make them look and feel sexy, but they often do so with a tone of shame or discomfort within their sensuality. With the Embodiment Blush campaign, we reference the renaissance woman, reminding women that they are worthy of love, respect, and honor. When you step into your femininity, know that you are deserving.”

Guests were gifted the full set of Embodiment Blushes to take home for trial.
