OmniDerm recently held training nationally around Australia with Omniderm general manager, Catherine Gurr and managing director, Paul Fister.
Attendees enjoyed the training and gained a lot of knowledge from OmniDerm's Catherine Gurr
The first day was for business owners with Catherine presenting a talk on goal setting, leadership and team management. Catherine is an accredited business coach and was very popular with attendees. OmniDerm managing director, Paul Fister did a presentation on the four stages of business, systems and the detail of team management.
The second day was for team members and owners. Catherine did a presentation on customer service excellence, above the line behaviour and team work. Paul presented information from the June Las Vegas Beauty Expo with Sue Dann demonstrating the new Phyto treatments.
