New PhytoDermal Institute of Beauty

Organic or natural aesthetician schools have become more evident as an increasing number of today's consumers prefer a holistic approach to health care, including the care of their skin. With the growing market for all things organic (over 40 per cent in 2011) and the ageing baby boomer population, becoming an aesthetician can be a smart career choice, and learning about natural products and treatments can open up opportunities for aestheticians.

“PhytoDermal Institute of Beauty is a newly formed college, the only one of its kind in Australia, providing for students who are passionate for the environment, their client’s wellbeing and wanting to embrace a career in natural beauty therapy,” says Paul Massa, founder of PhytoDermal Institute of Beauty.

Courses available are CERT III, CERT IV and Diploma in Beauty Therapy. The curriculum and teaching techniques are all accredited by ASQA and training Australia.

With an emphasis on teaching natural therapy techniques, students are supervised during the development of their skills and their knowledge in the science of the skin, its functions, and the most up-to-date beauty treatment modalities.

As a diverse training institution, the college will train, research protocols, and teach with organic and natural products. “At PhytoDermal Institute of Beauty, we are proud of this bold commitment to the organic movement. We believe that this is a great choice for the health of the skin of your clients and for our students’ education. All products are without any chemical irritants, synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and genetically modified organisms such as petroleum waxes, artificial chemicals and fillers which all can be harmful to the skin. Our students apply their knowledge of organics by working with the finest organic skincare, essential oils, exotic butters, and various botanical oils from all over the world. PhytoDermal Institute of Beauty protocols have been researched and tested to ensure that our students achieve results that are unsurpassed,” adds Paul.

Courses begin in January 2013. To enrol visit www.phytodermalinstituteofbeauty.com.au or call 1300 65 66 27.
