Running later this month, internationally revered business expert Liz McKeon is set to run a three-day course titled Elevate your Leadership and Management Skills for Success.
The Ireland-based educator will operate the course overseas from Monday March 25 to Wednesday March 27 2024. The course can also be made available to Australian residents via live-stream on request.
According to a press statement, this program is designed to support salon owners and managers looking to upskill within their current management role, or for people thinking of stepping into management.

The program will be split into three full days of content, including:
Day 1: Leadership & Communication……It’s all about you!
Day 2: Sales training for happy clients and highly motivated staff
Day 3: Coaching for Success

Attendees pay a fee of €750 ($AUD1238.85) for three days.
