Switchfunky recently hosted an Artistic Nail Design Level 2 educator training and qualification event at their new Burleigh Heads HQ.
The training event was held at Switchfunky HQ between February 13 and 16 by creative director Alisha Rimando Botero. Alisha was also assisted by Artistic Nail Design education manager Kylie Clare.
This was an advanced program for experienced nail professionals that saw technicians coming from Auckland to Perth and everywhere in between. The training covered complete Artistic Nail Design chemical knowledge, advanced 3D art and competition application techniques. Those who attended sat through an intensive day of written, practical and oral examination in order to achieve educator status.
“We are so proud and inspired by our group of Australian and New Zealand nail professional and educators for their dedication to the professional nail business,” said Peter Lykissas, CEO of Switchfunky.
Switchfunky will be running a Level 1 Educator event in New Zealand in April and a Level 3 event in June 2015.
