Payot Paris announce 40 percent growth in 2010

Over the past 12 months and in spite of the gruelling global financial crisis, Payot Paris are excited to announce a 40 percent growth in sales.

According to Stephane Portier, Payot’s International Export Manager, most of the market increase has been due to expansion in China and South East Asia.

He also confirmed that Australia has continued to grow its number of spa and salon stockists, and that Payot Australia had seen some exciting growth, especially in five of its ranges.

“Our biggest increase has been in our Design Lift range,”said Clive Smith, Director of Payot Australia.

He further explained, “Sales for this range have increased by 60 percent. In 2010 the range introduced the latest anti-ageing technology, plus we’ve introduced a lip cream that plumps the lips and an eye cream that gives noticeable results. Australia has an ageing population who want the best in anti-ageing products combined with advice from a Payot-trained beauty therapist.”

The second biggest increase with 48 percent has been in sales of Payot maxi cleansers and toners, followed by a 28 percent increase in Payot’s sensitive skincare ranges.

“We are excited about 2011 and believe it will be a year of continued growth. This growth will be achieved via exciting new products that combine our Payot laboratories leading-edge technology with our renowned textures, colours and natural fragrances”.
