Skincare brand, lapurete has launched its new range, Wakame at Japanese restaurant, Jazushi in Surry Hills, Sydney on 24th January 2013.

lapurete's Wakame range launch was held at Japanese restaurant, Jazushi

The wakame plant produces a substance called a fucoidan in order to survive in its harsh marine environment. This substance is so powerful in protecting the plant that wakame out competes virtually all other plants. It contains a rich source of iodine, zinc, calcium, iron, vitamins A, B1, B2, B12 and C.

Lapurete invited guests to experience not only the skincare range but also the super plant as a meal.

The Wakame range helps target skin concerns of 20-35 year olds

Head chef at Jazushi showed media guests how to make hand-roll sushi, followed by scrumptious courses of Japanese cuisine.
The new Wakame range helps to protect the skin and repair the appearance of the first signs of ageing and follows lapurete’s simple one, two, three steps of skincare regime.
