Florence’s lecture, ‘Why Treatments Fail’ examined the fundamentals of a good treatment whilst also sharing new research and ideas from around the world. Attendees praised the flow charts that have simplified the Pastiche Method of Advanced Skin Analysis. Skin treatment therapists were provided with effective and cutting-edge diagnostic tools to help improve client service.
