Alpha-H recently launched a new online interactive ‘Virtual Salon‘ for consumers.

Alpha-H owner and director, Michelle Doherty, said:

“It provides a salon-type environment for clients who don’t have access to an Alpha-H salon. We are continuously seeking new and innovative ways in which to talk to our customers and we feel the new ‘Virtual Salon’ provides one-on-one communication directly to our customers from the comfort of their home.”

On the website, Doherty appears via video, answering some frequently asked questions (FAQs).

The initial section of the FAQs will be build upon in time to provide customers with a Q&A type presentation for all products within the Alpha-H retail range.

The company says it has incorporated this new technology to provide clients with an extension of the Alpha-H online interactive experience. As well as the Virtual Salon, clients can access a complimentary bespoke skincare consultation to ensure they are using the correct products for their needs.
