Guinot took a major step forward in education and created the Ambassador Program for therapists – Guinot therapists attended exclusive workshops, events, and are in the running for the Ambassador of the Year Award.

“Our Ambassador Program is the next exciting step for our passionate Guinot beauty therapists – providing them with exclusive workshops and events as well as an award recognising great achievement,” said Laura Pritchard, national trainer for Guinot Australia.

“This program will also allow therapists to meet, discuss and network with each other, as well as learn in-depth knowledge of the Guinot products and treatments,” she added.

Guinot Australia have devised the program as a vital part of their education strategy to help beauty therapists grow and develop, helping them achieve their potential as a highly qualified and trained Guinot therapist.

The Ambassador Program not only seeks to improve product knowledge, but also to help therapists grow their confidence and increase their leadership and training skills. This program is available to any Guinot therapist who has been with the brand for 6 months or more, have attended all available Guinot training sessions and have undertaken a short theory paper.

Guinot therapists in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth participated in the workshops led by Laura Pritchard throughout the month of August. Laura will be coming to Sydney in October to train Guinot’s Sydney therapists.

The day-long workshops involved both theory and practice. The general feedback from participants reviewed it as inspiring, refreshing and a great day of networking.

One therapist said: “I loved the product knowledge training, very informative and I can put all the information to good use straight away!”

The annual Guinot Ambassador of the Year Award will be announced in May 2014.
