Dermalogica Annual SEM Conference

Dermalogica has kicked off what will be a huge year for the brand with their annual Sales, Education and Marketing Conference in January.

The three-day conference was opened by general manager Suzette Cassie who shared the brand’s global strategic direction for 2014. With an abundance of new programs, products and tools for the Dermalogica PST (Professional Skin Therapist) Suzette shared how the brand is committed to supporting and fostering growth in the professional skin care industry.

As an education company, extensive workshops were on the agenda giving the ‘Dermalogica Tribe’ the opportunity to share their expertise on topics prominent in the skincare industry – including cutting edge ingredient technology, advanced peeling systems and the very latest in medi-beauty procedures.

Education manager Emma Hobson hosted the SEM Conference, inspiring the Dermalogica Tribe with her wisdom and acquired knowledge of the industry as only Emma can.

Marketing manager Julia Ramandhan revealed Dermalogica’s exciting product launches and consumer and trade programs whilst Kristie Millgate, national sales manager shared details about the exclusive incentive programs for Dermalogica business partners including an international congress to be held in Las Vegas in 2015.

Another highlight of the SEM Conference was Dermalogica’s very own panel of experts. Senior staff from different departments openly addressed a variety of questions from Dermalogica staff to better support the PST and businesses in 2014.

A celebration of the brand’s achievements for 2013 was held for staff at Bathers Pavilion, Balmoral Beach where an exceptional 20 year service award was presented to education manger Emma Hobson.
