Advanced Skin Technology, the Australian distributors of Colorescience launched the brand in Australia and New Zealand with Colorescience international manager Liz Ovando.
Colorescience is a mineneral makeup brand that claims to offer the efficacy of skincare through ingredients such as peptides, liquid crystals, pearl powder, hyaluronic acid and salicylic acid in colour products.
Between February 17 and March 4 Advanced Skin Technology travelled with Liz Ovando to VIC, NSW, WA, QLD and NZ launching the makeup range to salons and interested stockists in Australia and New Zealand.
Guests and media arrived at the various events sharing canapes and cocktails whilst have the opportunity to be treated to a mini make-over using Colorescience products.
Heather Harrison from Advanced Skin Technology opened the proceedings and welcomed guests to the brand showcase. Liz Ovando then followed with demonstrations of the product and live colour-matching sessions.
“Colorescience really is extraordinary, the highlight of the events was when Liz poured the Colorescience mineral powder into a beaker of water. Guests gushed as they saw the mineral makeup float on top of the water. The makeup would not mix with water no matter how hard guests stirred,” said Joanna Johnson, Advanced Skin Technology marketing manager.
