Salon & Spa of the Year
This award is judged on business incentive program results, staff enthusiasm and participation in Organicspa promotions and trainings.
Best New Business
Only new accounts for 2011 will qualify. The new accounts sales, enthusiasm for Organicspa and staff participation will be judged for this award.
Most Improved Business of the Year
This award is given to the salon or spa who have grown and improved their sales with Organicspa.
At Home Business of the Year
Only for the home businesses. This is award is judged by analysing sales, incentive program results and enthusiasm for Organicspa.
Staff Member of the Year
Results for this award are given based on staff incentive results, account manager feedback, and owner and staff nomination.
The selection process is required over a few months and after much debate, review and consideration, the winners will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
