Professional Beauty London 2012

Professional Beauty London 2012 is the UK’s largest and leading trade event for the beauty and spa professional. Offering world class conferences, all the biggest brands from every sector launching the very latest in product, equipment and procedures.

March 4-5 2012 sees Professional Beauty 2012, the largest UK Event for the professional skincare, aromatherapy, spa, equipment, aesthetic medicine, nails, tanning and wellness industries roll into London’s ExCeL centre. This two day event encompassing all the latest product and treatment launches from over 500 brands, a myriad of lecture programmes and conferences including the European Spa Convention, Aesthetic Medicine Live and BABTAC seminars amongst many others.

Brands already confirmed include: Clarins, Decleor, Elemis, Germaine de Capuccini, Dermalogica, Thalgo, Aromatherapy Associates, Environ, jane iredale and Mii. Professional Beauty 2012 can also boast CACI International, Chromogenex. Beauty Express, Clarisonic, Jessica, OPI, CND with Minx and Shellac as well as Fake Bake, Sienna X and Sun Junkie.

2012 is Mark Moloney’s second year back at the helm of this flagship show from the Professional Beauty family. Having taken the show back from Emap last year, he has big plans to ensure that London and the UK is considered on equal footing to the European beauty shows including Cosmoprof Bologna. A major aim of the show in 2012 is to attract significant international visitors as well as more senior buyers from the UK than ever before and to do this Professional Beauty is to enhance their visitor experience.

With this goal firmly in their sights the team behind the re-vamped Professional Beauty are changing the emphasis. This year there will be major new features to benefit the serious buyer as well as a dedicated PR and advertising campaign across Europe and beyond to reach beauty professionals and buyers worldwide.

In 2012, Professional Beauty visitors will see dedicated zones that include spa and medi-spa, aesthetics, skincare, nails, equipment, holistic, training and retail. For serious business to be done, Professional Beauty will offer four dedicated VIP lounge areas. Once at the show, visitors will benefit hugely from new improved show layout, with navigation clear and easy.

Professional Beauty 2012 also plays host to Europe’s only live spa at any exhibition. Created by Haslauer GmbH a world-leading spa building company, this amazing feature will include a hamman, rasul, sauna and wet areas for visitors to experience. The International Manufacturers Forum has also been established to give brands without distribution the chance to meet and network in order to secure business in the UK.

In addition to the annual Professional Beauty Awards, which once again are being held at London’s Hilton Park Lane, there will be the World Spa Awards, launched to cement London as the place for the international spa market to do business. The Awards will reward the passion, care and excellence that spa professionals and spa owners put into their businesses. They will raise awareness for the industry and will help raise standards, ultimately inspiring spas to up their game and be the best.
