Safety and Hygiene Guide

Pro-Visual Publishing releases 2012 to 2013 edition of the Spa and Beauty Guide to Safety and Hygiene.

The Spa & Beauty Guide to Safety & Hygiene is spread over two halves with information approved by the Association of Professional Aestheticians

Following the success and positive feedback of the inaugural release of the Spa & Beauty Guide to Safety & Hygiene, the wall-mounted guide is released at no charge to managers of beauty salons, day spas, manicurists and tanning studios across Australia. The guide contains information approved by the Association of Professional Aestheticians.

The Spa & Beauty Guide to Safety & Hygiene is spread over two halves with one half focusing on proper hygiene standards such as the use of gloves, skin preparation, hand washing and correct equipment procedures. It also explores skin throughout the ages with recommendations for different age groups. A focus on eyelash extension safety is also present in this edition.

The second half of the guide focuses on healthy eating guidelines for women, providing a breakdown of daily recommended intakes of each food group and a description of each of the major essential vitamins needed for a healthy diet. A section on sun exposure and health is also a prominent feature as well as a focus on the essential role of good hydration in healthy looking skin.

The Spa & Beauty Guide to Safety & Hygiene can be utilised effectively by workers and clientele. Recipients of the guide are also given the opportunity to enter a competition for a chance to win $5000 holiday voucher.
