ModelRock lashes colaborate with renowned NYC makeup artist, Roshar to release a must-try lash collection, MODELROCK+ROSHAR Lash Art.
Makeup artists, it’s time to get excited because leading lash brand, MODELROCK, has teamed up with international makeup artist, Roshar to release an exciting new collection of lashes called MODELROCK+ROSHAR Lash ART.
If you haven’t hear of Roshar, chances are you have seen his work. He’s had work featured in all the top magazines – think VOGUE, Harper’s BAZAAR, Elle and Glamour. His unconventional style and passion for painting, fashion and the ’80s and ’90s underground club scene, has given Roshar a unique way of looking at things – a view which has propelled him into the international spotlight.
“We first met Roshar in 2014 at Sydney’s IMATS,” says ModelRock CEO, Raelene Mara. “He was amazed to find a lash brand that actually had their own unique and exclusive styles. Our ability to craft and manufacturer our own styles was what drew Roshar to us… Our conversations turned into a collaboration – it really felt like it was a natural progression.”
Featuring nine unique lash styles, the MODELROCK+ROSHAR Lash ART range includes the lash styles that Roshar loves creating most. Usually, these looks would involve layering two or three different lash styles to achieve the look, but this range has made life easier by creating editorial-worthy lashes that require just one application.
“I love MODELROCK Lashes not only for the quality but for the amazing range of styles,” says Roshar. “MODELROCK actually has lash styles I’ve never seen before. That attention to detail, ingenuity, and forward-thinking is what keeps me coming back for more.”
With unique styles and materials that are not normally used, these lashes very much belong in the editorial world.
