Karla McDiarmid is spa director for Macquarie Medi Spa, which has two beautiful locations in the heart of the CBD in Bathurst and Orange NSW.
Since opening both spas have won a string of awards including being named the 2016 and 2017 World Luxury Spa Awards global winner for the ‘Beauty Beauty Salon’ in the world.
Karla says education has been key to the spas’ success.
