This year has been unlike any other for our industry. Before many salon owners had a moment to recover from January’s bushfires, the Coronavirus hit Australia, forcing our salons into lockdown.
With that, we noted that what our readers required from our website had changed.
We shifted our content offering somewhat, ensuring that we provided you with the latest developments in what COVID-19’s impact was on salons, and ways in which both the government and suppliers were stepping in to help save the industry.
The changes to our industry are stark, and at this stage, we’re not sure how long this ‘new normal’ will last. And with that, we know your needs from us are also likely evolving.
