MORPHE gets Mardi Gras-ready

The countdown is on to the 2020 Sydney Mardi Gras parade, and if you’re a make-up artist, there’s a good chance your bookings are filling up quickly.

MORPHE has come to the party with their parade-worthy artistry palettes.

Introducing the 39-shade ‘Hit the Lights’ artistry palette, curated by artists and creators who specialise in party looks, the palette is an explosion of blinding brights, hypnotic hues, silk slip toppers and highlighters.

With Mardi Gras-worthy shades such as, ‘Flirt Alert’, ‘Hook Up’, ‘Love Bomb’, and ‘2am’, the highly pigmented hues can be used alone or in combination to create show-stopping looks.

The ‘Hit the Lights’ artistry palette contains 39 shades of pure colour.

In addition, the palette includes three highlighters – Beam, Magic Hour and Glow Show. The brand recommends using the M496 Duo Lash Brush, spritzed with Continuous Setting Mist.

And for the ultimate in parade-readiness, the Silk Slip Toppers – in shades called Glitz On, Gleam Big, Strobin’, and Halo Effect – glide onto lids and cheeks to create velvety, shimmer-to-seude finishes.

Rounding out the Mardi Gras-worthy offering is the 35-shade ‘Color Burst’ artistry palette. The bold and bright palette is a combination of both matte and shimmer shades of pure colour. With shades including “Lollypop,” “Bikini,” “Watermelon,” “Beets Me,” and “Frosty,” the palette is ideal for a dramatic eye, a smoky combination of popping tangerines and vibrant purples, of metallic golds and pearly greens.
