Kelley Baker, the brow stylist for A-list celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Cardi B, Lea Michele and Ariana Grande, is heading to Australia for the first time.
The California-based stylist, with over 665,000 followers on Instagram, will “share her secrets and insights into brow mastery for the Hollywood elite” during three masteclasses for beauty professionals.
Hosted by Ex-Import Niche Products (the distributors of Elleebana and Belmacil in Australia), the masterclasses will be held in Sydney on August 24-25, in Melbourne on August 28 and on the Gold Coast on September 1.
According to Ex-Import managing director Otto Mitter, each masterclass will include a live demonstration showcasing Kelley’s tips and tricks for creating the perfect brow as well as a Q&A session.
In addition each participant will have the opportunity to have their photo taken with Kelley in a photo session after the class.
The owner of The Kelley Baker Brow Salon in Venice Beach and Los Angeles, Kelly aims to bring out the natural arch in every client and believes that even “the most over tweezed brows can appear full and natural”.
She says the key to a sleek, natural brow is “not over doing it with product” as “the brows are the focal point on your face and an overdone brow can make you appear unapproachable”.
Her signature collection of brow products was created “to enhance the brows in a soft manner without looking like they are drawn on”.
After Kelley has completed shaping a client’s brows, she has them hold up a mirror to watch her apply the products “so they can achieve the same result at home”.
