For anyone who missed out last time, the inaugural event in March 2020 welcomed more than 400 guests including key media, retailers, influencers, consumers and exhibitors. Over 30 allocations have already been secured for the next event by brands like Ere Perez, Inika Organic, Recreation Beauty, Edible Beauty, Ipsum Skin, Retreatment Botanics, LAMAV, Luk Beautifood, Shenko Organics, Angove Organic Wine, Koala Eco, Hart Skincare, OPTY.NC and more.
“Our goal has always been to create a conscious community who strives for a better, more mindful beauty routine,” says Founder Cathy Tolpigin. “We wanted to connect brands with people and share their stories, which is why hosting an in-person event was first up on our agenda as a green beauty company. We support and promote truly natural beauty and lifestyle brands and since our inaugural event we have expanded our offering to include a new digital media platform. www.thegreenedit.com.au which is a dedicated clean beauty content destination which includes an online store and brand directory.”
The event aims to create a connective environment for clean beauty brands, media, retailers and consumers. The second showcase was originally scheduled for September 2021 but has been bumped to 2022 due to the lockdown imposed across Greater Sydney due to the second COVID-19 wave hit the city.
The inaugural event took place at Terrace On The Domain in Sydney’s CBD, and showcased more than 40 brands that met the event’s “Loved By” The Green Edit clean beauty criteria.
The Best Of The Green Edit Award will return in 2022 winners will be announced at the media event on the 10th of March.
