The “Get Sh!t Done” summit

If you’ve decided that 2020 is the year that your business turns a corner, then you’re going to want a seat at the Get Sh!t Done Summit, taking place on the Gold Coast on February 10 and 11.

The two-day workshop is the is the brainchild of The ZING Project, and aims to equip all attendees with the skillset to create their personal ‘Map2Action’, customised to your salon, your team and your idea of success. So whether your goal for the year is to expand into larger premises, hire more staff, launch new services or even look into franchising your business, The ZING Project’s Get Sh!t Done Summit will ensure you walk away with a solid plan to move your ideas forward.

“The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, but the next best time is today,” says ZING founder and GSD Summit speaker Lisa Conway, on why you need to quit listening to the chatter in your head and start working on your plans. “People are making progress in their business and they’re growing, but they’re not growing in the way that they want to. So we need to stop and learn how to really nail it so we’re getting sh*t done. Getting the right stuff done.”

Lisa Conway is set to help attendees take their business to the next level.

Along with senior coaches Jay Chapman and Marie Drever, Lisa aims to teach the attendees how to make the most out of the hours in their day. “Let’s face it, 24 hours is all we’ve got in a day. And that’s what we need to hone in on first: make the time to work with your team, and the money will show up. Guaranteed. Get Sh!t Done is about time allocation. How do you get the most out of your time? That’s what they’re going to come away with.”

As business owners, we tend to have a plan or a goal, but Lisa says that’s not enough. “You’ve got to have a map. The map tells you what to do, step by step, like following a recipe, like the GPS in your car.”

Lisa has called on the big names to help bring the GSD Summit to life, and in addition to Jay and Marie, she’s also listed inspirational speaker Julie Cross, Melbourne hair blogger and founder of Social salon School Nicole Healy, and founder of The Mindful Way, Stevie Tucker.

If this is the year you vowed to get sh!t done, this is the summit you need to be at. Tickets are on sale until Friday, January 31.
