Renowned fashion designer Rebecca Minkoff has been announced as the new global colour designer for Essie.
Minkoff’s first collaboration with the brand will release later this month.
The Spring 2015 collection, entitled Flowerista, will feature vibrant floral hues, selected by Minkoff.
Minkoff, who first worked with Essie at New York Fashion Week in 2012, plans to draw from her fashion expertise to lead the brand’s on-trend vision and provide perspective on the colour direction for future collections.
“I have always has a lifelong passion for vibrant nail colour and nail art. They are the perfect accessory,” says Minkoff.
“I am thrilled to take my relationship with Essie one step further and look forward to a successful and colourful journey.”
